One of the things we sometimes rely on heavily in email and lifecycle is templatizing, but when every product is one-of-a-kind with it’s own unique history and origin and can be styled in innumerable ways – this requires a different approach.

When someone is shopping for antiques, they’re often in it for the thrill of the hunt and the excitement of unearthing treasures. So, with Litt Concept House, we work to recreate this experience digitally as much as possible.

What I love about working with brands that have a few widely different audiences they need to address uniquely through their emails is understanding what is truly unique to each group and also what is similar.

Litt Concept House sells pieces online, in-store, and also has close relationship with interior decorators and set designers in Hollywood. We’ve leaned more heavily into segmentation over time to better support the customer experience of all groups – because we all know, buying online is very different than seeing and experiencing it in real life.
